• Aerotek is hiring 2 warehouse associates in Richmond BC.* This is a full-time, long-term position with medical and dental benefits. Please note all candidates must be able to work 40+ hours per week - no part-time or alternate schedules will be considered.
• Job description:* Candidates will start out in which ever department best suites their personality, experience and skillset. All candidates must be open to cross training in all departments which may include order picking, shipping, receiving or inventory
• Other job duties may include:*
• Work requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, and pushing carts and material for much of the shift. * lifting boxes up to 40 pounds * using computer for data entry * organize products in the warehouse * doing basic math for counting product and doing inventory (add, subtract, multiply and divide) * using an RF scanner
• Qualifications*
• 6 months+ warehouse experience (picking, packing, receiving, shipping etc) * great attitude * able to work under pressure
• Lift 40 lbs non repetitive
• Ability to stand and move around for 8 hours * good communication skills * comfortable using a computer It is considered a bonus if candidates have a forklift cert and experience
