Mosaic is growing and we’re looking for a Vice President of Real Estate Development to join our team.

Long a leader in wood frame apartments and townhomes, Mosaic has multiple high-rise projects underway in North Vancouver, Burnaby and the Tri-Cities, with more exciting sites under development across the Lower Mainland.

In this role, you’ll lead the development of multifamily residential projects from due diligence, design and municipal approvals through construction. With an opportunity to have a significant impact on the projects you lead, you will be holistically involved from proforma and hands on design to every stage from due diligence through construction.

As a seasoned development professional with a keen eye for design, you will bring the best out of your team through coaching, mentoring and sharing best practices. Join us and help us build A Better Home.

Who You Are

You have a post-secondary degree and 10+ years progressive experience working in real estate development on multifamily residential projects. You have built projects from start to finish and know what it takes to get a project from due diligence through municipal approvals to construction.

You care about your work and want to be proud of the projects you contribute to. You are a creative leader and determined to make things better. You have an eye for design and sweat the details that create better spaces.

You get things done. You have a proven track record of managing projects and teams to great outcomes. You have grit and a can-do attitude when confronted with obstacles or challenges.

Finally, you’re a team player who brings out the best in your team; coaching, mentoring, and sharing best practices to hone their skills as well as yours.
