Are you friendly, patient and quick-thinking? Are you any good at juggling? In our luxury showrooms, you are the first point of contact and it’s up to you to make sure the customer leaves with a good impression. No pressure there! We are currently looking for a full-time Showroom Consultant for our Edmonton West location!

Our Showroom Consultants…

  • Represent the Profit Center in a professional manner
  • Uphold our Core Values and Ethics with every interaction
  • Are effective Teammate in their Profit Centre
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Know the products and services they are selling to each customer
  • Are innovative and creative

Is this role for you? Do you have…

  • Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • The ability to identify customer needs, provide solutions and close the sale
  • High energy with strong communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen and bath designer trends
  • Project management skills
  • The ability to easily learn and operate the applicable software system (Trend, Eclipse)
  • Intermediate math skills
  • A willingness to invest a minimum of 40 hours in training annually

Do you have what it takes?

  • A college degree
  • Knowledge of products on display at the Showroom
  • Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends
  • A minimum 2+ years of experience with customer service or sales, plumbing/kitchen showroom sales preferred
  • A valid driver’s license with a good Drivers abstract
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office software
  • Strong English – reading, writing, understanding and oral
