WHO WE ARE

CFMWS. A job with purpose. Our 4000+ person strong organization champions a healthy, fun, creative and active lifestyle for Canadian Armed Forces members, Veterans and their families. Help us deliver a variety of recreation and fitness programs, offer family support, organize charity events and make sure our members access retail, travel and banking discounts and customized financial services. At Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS), we love what we do. And we live it too.

THE ROLE

As a Shift Supervisor, you provide retail services to a unique client base - members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and in assisting them, you are helping your community. You deal with customer concerns or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize refunds, voids, and returns. You hold keys, safe combinations, and access codes, and open and close the store as required. You supervise employees.

The Shift Supervisor may also provide a variety of other retail services, including: regular retail services, dry cleaning, lottery services, self-serve gas services, and postal services. This is a role where everyone works as one team using modernized technology and an understanding of the unique pressures and rewards of military service to provide the best customer experience for our members and to simplify and improve their lives.
