We atInkeros are seeking individuals with with excellentCustomer Service to drive company sales by consulting existing customers and prospecting new customers to purchase products and services. We are looking for eager and enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Sales and Customer Service Representatives.

What will you do?
- Manage large amounts of inbound and/or outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Frequently attend educational training seminars to improve knowledge and performance
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Multi-tasking; simultaneously listening and entering data
- Ability to convert challenges into opportunities efficiently and effectively
- Take on other duties as assigned by Team Leader
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service, sales, and relevant experience working with people.
- Outgoing personality and self-starter attitude
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing customer demands
- A quick learner, a hard worker and eager to develop new skills
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong communicator and a great team player
- A competitive attitude that is strongly driven by results
