We are looking for a full time Quickbook Accounting Clerk to work with us in a friendly and dynamic workspace.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of accounting principles

Minimum of one year experience working with QuickBooks

Excellent in data organization by Excel

Proficient in professional spoken & written correspondence in English

Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines

Well organized, accurate and efficient data-entry

Must be authorized to work in Canada

Job Duties

Performance of full cycle bookkeeping, payroll and governmental reporting

Preparation of accounting Excel spreadsheets

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, prepare trial balance of books, maintain

general ledgers and prepare monthly financial statements

Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
