Job Description:

• Plan new Item allocation by store to achieve ideal inventory levels to support store sales
• Work with in-store merchandizing team to create ideal layout to achieve sales targets
• Balance inventory targets by store, by item in order to achieve ideal weeks on hand
• Analyze weekly sales and create action plan with Merchandise Planner to improve sales
• Plan and suggest weekly markdowns and promotions by item to increase sales or move through risk inventory
• Set up store inventory planning system accurately, for store to automatically allocate each item
• Plan weekly store to store transfers to balance inventory levels
• Assist with other projects as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years of previous experience with inventory allocation strongly preferred
• 1-2 years of previous retail experience would be an asset
• Passion for fashion and customer service
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Mathematics desired
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Quick learner with a high level of ownership, accountability and initiatives
• Logical thinker with strong mathematical and problem solving skills,
• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities at the same time
• Strong computer skills, data entry/and or data mining experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office, with a focus on Microsoft Excel (previous experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP required)
• Ability to be a self-starter
• Flexible schedule to support business need
