We’re looking for you to join our team as a Client Support Coordinator inLondon, ON.

As the Coordinator, you’ll provide excellent customer service to clients and address their unique needs while efficiently handling office tasks and fostering teamwork within your team. In a typical week, you’ll apply your analytical skills to uncover financing opportunities, contribute to marketing efforts, manage multiple projects, create documents, maintain business relationships, and use financial knowledge for client assessments and interviews.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Business Administration or a related field OR equivalent work experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong customer service and administration skills
