Consolidation Accountant/Analyst

• Job Description:* Aston Carter’s client is looking for Consolidation Accountant/Analyst to join their team in Langley. This role is best suited for someone who has experience with consolidated financial statements for an organization with multiple legal entities.
• Duties include:*
• Complex intercompany transactions in accordance with IFRS
• Preparing consolidated financial statements
• Quarter end and year end audit working papers and liaise with external auditors
• Analyze intercompany foreign exchange exposure risk and design risk mitigation practices
• Some supervisory tasks - ad-hoc analysis and support with high level finance team on projects related to different entities
• Skills & Qualifications:*
• Experience in a sales/distribution company
• Public company exposure is an asset
• Experience working with ERP systems
