We are looking for a motivated, passionate, obsessed individual to work in our client services department as a client intake specialist. This is a role for someone with strong people skills and office experience, whether or not it was in a legal setting. We need someone to take responsibility for:

• Taking incoming calls from potential new clients
• Following up on inquiries from potential new clients
• Guiding our new clients through the onboarding process
• Performing outreach and lead generation tasks

While we are more interested in you matching our core values as a law firm, joining our team as our intake specialist means being great with computers and would involve:

• Speaking to potential new clients on the phone and in person
• Responding to email queries
• Explaining our services and how we can support potential new clients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bedford, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (preferred)
