Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused After Market Customer Service Representativeto join our team. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our clients after their initial purchase. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in resolving post-purchase inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
    • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues related to our products and services.
    • Provide clear and professional communication.
    • Offer solutions to resolve customer problems and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge:

  • Order & Returns Management:
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
    • Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure smooth transactions.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Investigate and resolve customer issues or complaints.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex problems.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.

Desired Qualifications & Traits:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service or related role.
  • Knowledge of agricultural products and processes an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proficient using customer service software and systems.
