We’re seeking an outgoing Administrative Assistant who wants to write a new chapter in their career path working with a family-own company in downtown Winnipeg.

For this Administrative Assistant role in Downtown Winnipeg to be successful, the individual we’re seeking has to be ready to work in a fast paced environment and be results-driven!

Responsibilities
  • Drafting/ proof reading/ editing budge letters and reports
  • Record, draft and distribute meeting minutes as needed
  • Record and organize LEED documents
  • Obtain timesheets from supervisors
  • Communicate with Trades, Owners, etc. as needed
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Construction experience an asset
  • Strong organizational skills & a positive attitude
  • Excellent command of the English language with great communication skills
  • Positive attitude & the ability to handle feedback
